Return & Refund Policy

In the event of rare cases where a product is damaged or lost during transit, we will provide a full refund to you.

Our return policy extends for a period of 5 days. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged product
  • Incomplete product
  • Incorrect product

If you have received an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we accept returns. Please contact us at info@photonests.com and include supporting photographs to report any damages within 5 days of receiving the artwork.

To initiate the return process, you will need to ship the product back to us in its original condition. We will cover the cost of return shipping and refund you the amount equal to the purchase price of the artwork.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by you
  • If there were failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency
  • If the recipient refuses the package

To ensure the proper and timely delivery of your shipment, please provide a complete address, including any landmarks if applicable. Any additional shipping attempts will incur extra charges.

Refunds will be credited to your account within two weeks after we receive your returned package. However, in many cases, you may receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal processing, and the bank's processing time.
