- Register/Log in to your account – Register as a seller or Login-in if you already have your account with us.
- Your account has to be approved by Admin which may take at the most 12 hrs but normally takes a few minutes.
- Once approved, please Login to your account.
- First time, you have to choose Membership Plan.
- Go to “Add Product” – Access the add product option from your dashboard to upload your photographs.
- Drag and Drop or Browse File to upload your JPG file. Preferred image size is 5472 pixels on longer side or Else it must be between 5000 pixels x 6000 pixels. Resolution should be 300 DPI. Maximum file size is 7MB.
- Add photo details – For each photograph, provide:
- Orientation – Portrait or Landscape
- Price – Set your selling price. This price will be shown by default in the gallery.
- Discount (if any) – Optional
- Category – e.g., Landscape, Macro, Portrait, Nature, Street, etc.
- Title – A short, catchy name for your photo
- Description – Describe your photo to attract buyers
- SEO information
- Then click on Save and Continue. Please note that it takes some time, a few seconds only, to upload the picture. Please don't press Save and Continue link again.
- On 2nd page, make the number of Stocks to atleast 10.
- Then for every Size both Print as well as Digital, Unchek the Use Default Price Checkbox and then you can add Price and Discount according to the sizes. Prints are -like 8 x 12in and Digital like 1000 x 667px JPG.
- Then select the checkbox - I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- If its final, click on Submit or else you may click on Draft if you have any doubts. You can see these drafts under Product link in your dashboard.
- You can also Edit most of the information later on by going to Products that will list all the pictures you have added. On far right, you will find Edit Icon.
- Submitted for review – Our team will review uploads to maintain marketplace quality and will approve for adding to the gallery which may take a few minutes but rarely a little longer but at the most 24 hrs.
- Start Selling! – Once approved, your photo will be live and available for buyers.

For best chances of selling an image, select high-resolution files. Ensure they meet our quality standards for best presentation.
