This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which Photonests ("we," "our," or "us") delivers photographic artworks purchased through our website, including both printed and digital formats. This Policy forms part of our broader Terms & Conditions and is binding upon all customers ("you," "your," or "user").


1. Shipping of Printed Artworks

a. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to most locations within India. International shipping may be offered selectively and is subject to additional charges and delivery timelines.

b. Processing Time
Orders for printed artworks (excluding mounting, framing etc) are typically processed within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Custom or large-format prints may take longer.

c. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, deliveries typically take:

  • 3–10 business days for domestic (India) addresses
  • 10–21 business days for international orders (if applicable)

All timelines are indicative and subject to courier partner policies and service availability in your region.

d. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Promotional free shipping offers may apply for certain orders, regions, or time periods.

e. Courier Partners
We use reputable courier partners for safe delivery. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS upon dispatch of your order.


2. Shipping of Digital Artworks

For digital products (e.g., downloadable high-resolution image files), delivery is made via:

  • Direct download links after successful payment
  • Email containing secure access credentials

Digital deliveries are typically fulfilled immediately but maximum within 24 hours of purchase. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address to receive digital files.


3. Risk of Loss and Title

For physical shipments, title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon dispatch of the product from our facility. We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers after dispatch, though we will provide support for resolution where applicable.


4. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including recipient name, address, pin code, and contact information. Photonests shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Re-delivery requests due to customer error may incur additional shipping fees.


5. Non-Delivery Situations

We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts by courier
  • Recipient refusal to accept the package
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or restrictions

6. Inspection and Reporting Damage

You are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. In case of damage or tampering, notify us within 5 days by emailing info@photonests.com, along with photographs and a description of the issue.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship printed products to P.O. boxes.
  • Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.
  • Digital files are not delivered on physical media (e.g., CD/DVD).

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to shipping shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panchkula, India.
